This Privacy Policy explains how L Braun Ventures LLC, doing business as Envizion Sports ("Envizion," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Envizion mobile app (the "App"). Envizion is a skill-based sports prediction game and does not offer real-money betting or gambling.

Information We Collect

We keep data collection to what the App needs to work:

• Account information — the email address and display name you provide when you create an account.
• Activity in the App — the leagues you join or create, the predictions you make, and your Envizion Score and related stats.
• Push notification token — if you opt in to notifications, we store a device token so we can send reminders and alerts. You can turn this off at any time.
• Basic technical data — standard device and usage information (such as device type and app version) used to operate and improve the App.

We do not knowingly collect more than what is described here.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and leagues.
• To record your predictions and calculate scores and standings.
• To send notifications you have opted in to, such as pick reminders and prediction results.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App.

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to run the App. These providers process data only to provide their services to us:

• Supabase — account authentication, database, and backend hosting.
• Expo — delivery of push notifications.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution and, where applicable, crash and performance data.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers above, or when required by law. Certain profile details you choose to use in the App — such as your display name, Envizion Score, and standings — are visible to other members of leagues you join.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we are required to keep it by law.

Your Choices & Rights

• You can turn push notifications on or off in the App or your device settings.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
• You can delete your account, which removes your personal information as described above.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
